Another successful Richmond swap fest

Another Swap Fest held by the 6 meter sideband net was held today at the Acca Temple on Hermitage Road.  I am calling it a success because I made off with less junk than what I had when I got there.  There was two rows of people setup with stuff for sale and they were present until almost 11am.  It was nice to meet some folks there, including some who are read or subscribe to the website.

I’ve attached pics of of my flea market space, the entire area, Dave N4MW’s really sweet 900 Mhz repeater that was on display (927.150 with 100hz PL) and the obligatory porcupine.  73 to all for now.

Good Lord, and I just noticed this contribution to FC. Yes, it pays to read down the list of new stuff going on. Love the porcupine, lots of BIG STICKS, hmmmmmmmmm

  4. N9VU says:

So did you see him in the fish net stockings?

  5. Jay says:

Pretty damn close, GB. Have you ever considered a head band with your callsign on it?

  6. N9VU says:

No, but a thong is a good possibility.

  7. Jay says:

You would fart it out and burn the letters off.

  8. N9VU says:

And use a coat hanger in the process.
