New EightPak antenna switching system installed

A recent improvement to the antenna system at the shack allows for a whole lot of switching and operability between the various components on hand.  The EightPak system from Array Solutions allows up to eight antennas to be switched and controlled by two different radios.  With a tribander, two wire antennas and the six meter beam all ready in place and the prospect for more coming, this was a must have device.  It has been tested and is working smoothly on the Icom 756ProII and Yeasu FT-897D.  Stay tuned to hear more about how this improves our ability to operate.
